Nescafe hot stories and Nasi Lemak Sotong six years ago

Has long been the intention to keep writing on this topic, thank God given opportunity to lighten your fingers to type this title. Home on leave last semester, a partnership with members of the mosque congregation when the new holiday home is significant and it is a lesson for himself that all of this weak. Hopefully this experience useful together. Stop at a coffee shop which is located not far from a bad teratap my mind six years ago as a transit point and my father before going out into the wholesale market to find the goods business needs. Therein lies a lot of memories to teach me how to socialize and take the hearts of those who for a while. Currently covers the story a bit, my shoulder squeaking. 'DJ how are you? Ustaz ass today? They sat drinking Mai uncle once. Invite a customer of the coffee shop who is also a member of the congregational mosque near there. "Ah ..! This time I can not avoid the 'bermonolog alone, even before this can be avoided after several invited. Order the same as six years ago Nescafe hot and Nasi Lemak Sotong already made. 'Segan think my uncle called Ustaz', my subconscious expression uncle. 'Segan what.? Studying near Jordan Ustaz la 'response to the expression of my uncle just smiled. While waiting for meals ordered and arrived dimeja. Uncle to start a conversation with questions to questions to me and most of the questions in the form view. 'Ouch.! Challenging questions, my Jordan did not want to learn properly. Fortunately, non-refund back vacation as a graduit again ". My heart continued to whisper. This feels himself becoming less and very little with questions that are out of the mouth uncle. I tried to answer and try to explain one by one question which I ask. 'And Allaah knows best'. My words to answer questions after considerable testing earlier in the hope that it does not memesongkan.Habis of the question, I began a dialogue with the questions of the uncle. 'What do uncle of the children of our village people and has completed their studies in the field of religion in particular. I asked seemed to know what is going out of the mouth uncle in the hope of correct answers from the heart. The conversation paused for a moment with regard to our second shop assistant who brought dishes ordered a while ago. "DJ, in fact the question of whether Ustaz is da answer, many times tried to share but not to be '. I felt puzzled and wondered when I heard the words of uncle. 'If the uncle did not mind so I longed to share their uncle listen. I continued my inquiries show the seriousness of curiosity. "DJ, if we are about is, children who study outside the village's and end with a degree already nearly a dozen people. I nodded indicates agree. 'But uncle some wondering where to go for those who we look forward to their return that once we menharapkan they are asking for the reference point for laws and regulations and a shared problem. Sometimes the heart is impeded Satan by thinking of how much money has been invested for the village children who wish to study outside of religion. Not what we sometimes old people are very keen to ni sat with young children, such as clerics, our children so no Ustaz Priyatna, we will first want to study religion did not have the opportunity as now ". Expressions of faith in me uncle started to feel tightness.

Nescafe Contest Form Malaysia 2011

WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF NESCAFÉ

Here at NESCAFÉ we believe there is something special in our little everyday moments, from that first wonderful sip of hot, milky coffee in the morning to those ten stolen minutes of me-time with a latte in the afternoon. At a time when everything and everyone is more closely connected than ever, we cannot ignore how our actions affect the world around us. We have to look beyond the cup. That’s why we started the NESCAFÉ Plan, a global initiative that supports responsible farming, production and consumption. Working with the Rainforest Alliance, the Sustainable Agriculture Network (SAN), and the Common Code for the Coffee Community (4C), NESCAFÉ aims to transform coffee-farm management to benefit working and future generations of farmers. Specific measures include doubling the amount of coffee bought directly from farmers and distributing 220 million high-yield, disease resistant coffee plantlets. Get the all details in the following articles.

As part of the NESCAFÉ Plan, we are working in many ways to reduce our environmental footprint. We are employing cleaner, natural refrigerants, converting waste into energy, using cleaner energy sources.

Nestlé records stronger performance on positive domestic and regional economic developments
August 18, 2011

Key Highlights

Turnover of RM2.3 billion in first half of 2011, up by 13.0% from corresponding period in 2010.
Robust double-digit growth driven by both domestic and export sales.
Net profit up by 8.5% to RM 259.2 million, with a slight percentage margin reduction due to higher raw material costs and higher marketing investments.
Net interim dividend of RM0.55 per share declared.

Stronger domestic and regional demand helped Nestlé (Malaysia) Berhad Group register a turnover of RM 2.3 billion for the first half of the financial year ended 30 June 2011; 13.0% higher than the previous corresponding period.

The commendable performance was attributed to the fact the Group has been consistently embarking on innovation and renovation activities that paved the way for the launch of new products and growth opportunities. Among the key products launched, MILO Sejuk, NESTEA and MAT KOOL Split received good acceptance from consumers.

Export sales which have been consistently on the uptrend, registered strong double-digit growth and now constitute close to a quarter of the Group’s total turnover. Stronger demand for Soluble Coffees and Coffee Creamers led the growth, along with increased demand for MILO powders and MAGGI noodles.

From an input cost perspective, the prices of commodities continued to pose challenges as key raw materials consumed by the Group, such as coffee beans and cocoa powder, remained at high levels versus the same period last year. Volatility in the commodity market continued to be driven by supply tensions, strong demand and speculative investments. Over the period however, price increases on selective products and operational savings helped to cushion the impact of this volatility and enabled the gross profit margin to remain flat.

The period also saw an increase in marketing and promotional activities, with investments in media and consumer promotions, to strengthen the company’s brands and to introduce new products. The higher expenses incurred to support the sales growth resulted in a slight percentage margin reduction on profit before tax. The Group’s net profit increased by 8.5% to RM259.2 million, reflecting a similar percentage margin trend.

Q2 2011
The Group posted a turnover of RM1.2 billion in the second quarter of 2011; an increase of 10.0% versus the same period last year. This was a reflection of the stronger performance by both the domestic and export sales categories, with the latter contributing slightly more than 25% of the total Group sales in the second quarter.

Supported by innovation and renovation activities, domestic sales continued to perform well. New products introduced towards the end of the last quarter such as MILO Sejuk and NESTEA are showing good results in the market.

The strong export performance was the result of growing demand for coffee creamer and soluble coffee within the Asean region, contributing to a robust double-digit export growth. The capacity investments made in the last three years have paid off, as the Group was able to fully capitalise on higher regional demand following the global economic turnaround in early 2009.

Operating profit meanwhile, increased by 6.5% to RM132.2 million, with a slight reduction in percentage margin due to higher raw materials cost, coupled with strong promotional and marketing investments. Lower financing cost offset by a higher effective tax rate drove the net profit to show a similar percentage margin trend.

Prospects for H2 2011
The prospects for the global economy are uncertain due to the unfavourable economic conditions in the United States and Europe. The sharp increase in global commodity prices and the Malaysian Government's move to gradually reduce food and fuel subsidies is putting pressure on the Group's input costs. The Group will continue to closely monitor commodity prices, leverage operational efficiencies and cost savings initiatives to minimize or avoid passing on price increases to consumers.

Following its strong performance in the first half of the year, the Group will continue to make investments in line with its objective of being the leader in Nutrition, Health & Wellness, as well as being an industry benchmark for its financial performance, that is trusted by stakeholders.

Investment of CHF 35 Million in Breakfast Cereals Factory in Malaysia

22 April 2011 - Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW), a joint venture between Nestlé and General Mills, will invest CHF 35 million over two years in the construction of a new breakfast cereals factory in Malaysia.

The factory - due to begin production in 2012 - will make best-selling Nestlé breakfast cereal brands Koko Krunch, Honey Stars, Cookie Crisp, Koko Krunch Duo and Milo, for consumers in Malaysia, and for export to Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.

Located in Chembong, Negeri Sembilan, the 6,500 metre square factory will enable the local production of Nestlé breakfast cereals for the first time in Malaysia, which are currently being imported.

Dato’ Frits van Dijk, Nestlé’s Executive Vice President and Zone Director for Asia, Oceania, Africa and the Middle East (AOA), explained why Malaysia was selected as the factory’s location.

He said: "In addition to spreading the production base throughout the region, Malaysia was selected based on the readily available quality local ingredients as well as for the country’s investment friendly environment and infrastructure.

"Having a factory in Negeri Sembilan also means that we are producing the breakfast cereals right here in Malaysia, which is one of the most important markets in the region. This will create hundreds of direct and indirect jobs, so benefiting Malaysian society."

The new factory, which will source up to 80% of its raw materials from local suppliers, will be built based on policies for environmental sustainability adopted by both partners in the CPW venture, and in full compliance with environmental legislation.

Cereal Partners Worldwide
The new factory will be the third CPW cereals production centre in Asia, as Nestlé breakfast products in the region continue to increase in popularity.

The two other factories are in Lipa, in the Philippines, and in Tianjin, China. They will maintain existing production capacities for their respective domestic markets, as well as for export to other Asian countries.

The new factory will be built next to an existing Nestlé factory in Chembong, which produces popular confectionery brands including Kit Kat.

iPad Touch Screen Technology - iPad 2 Malaysia

Thin. Light. Fully loaded. Two cameras for FaceTime and HD video recording. The dual-core A5 chip. 10-hour battery life.1 Over 200 new software features in iOS 5. And iCloud. All in a remarkably thin, light design. There’s so much to iPad, it’s amazing there’s so little of it.

Technology so advanced, you’ll forget it’s even there. When you pick up iPad, it becomes an extension of you. That’s the idea behind its innovative design. It’s just 0.34 inch thin and weighs as little as 1.33 pounds, so it feels completely comfortable in your hands.2 And it makes surfing the web, checking email, watching movies, and reading books so natural, you’ll wonder why you ever did it any other way.

Dual-core A5 chip. It’s fast, times two. Two powerful cores in one A5 chip mean iPad can do twice the work at once. Multitasking is smooth, apps load quickly, and anything you touch responds instantly. And with up to nine times the graphics performance of the first-generation iPad, everything on iPad 2 is even more fluid and realistic, from gameplay to scrolling through your photo library.

Instant On. Touch and go. Pick up your iPad, press the Home button, and it wakes from sleep instantly. That’s because iPad features fast, efficient, and reliable flash storage that lets you access data quickly. So everything effortlessly springs to life.

Battery life keeps on going. So you can, too. Even with such a thin, light design, iPad has an incredible 10-hour battery life.1 That’s enough juice for one flight across the ocean, or one movie-watching all-nighter, or a week’s commute across town. Because iPad hardware and software are made for each other, the power-efficient A5 chip works with the iOS software to keep battery life from fading away.

Two cameras. And a big hello to FaceTime for iPad. You’ll see two cameras on iPad — one on the front and one on the back. They may be tiny, but they’re a big deal. They’re designed for FaceTime video calling, and they work together so you can talk to your favorite people and see them smile and laugh back at you.3 The front camera puts you and your friend face-to-face. Switch to the back camera during your video call to share where you are, who you’re with, or what’s going on around you. When you’re not using FaceTime, let the back camera roll if you see something movie-worthy. It’s HD, so whatever you shoot is a mini-masterpiece. And you can take wacky snapshots in Photo Booth. It’s the most fun a face can have.

iPad Smart Cover. Designed for iPad. And vice versa. iPad 2 and the iPad Smart Cover are made for each other. Literally.4 We designed the iPad Smart Cover to work side-by-side with iPad — and on top and underneath it, too. Smart magnetic technology built into each really pulls them together. The iPad Smart Cover falls perfectly into place and stays put to protect your iPad screen, yet doesn’t add bulk to its thin, light design. Open the Smart Cover and your iPad wakes up instantly. Close it and your iPad goes to sleep automatically. And here’s another smart part: It transforms into the perfect movie-watching, game-playing, web-surfing stand. It comes in 10 bright colors — including five in rich, aniline-dyed Italian leather.5 Choose your favorite, and your iPad will be smart all around. The iPad Smart Cover protects your iPad without adding bulk to its thin, light design.

iOS. The world’s most advanced mobile operating system. iOS is the operating system for iPad. And it lets you see and do everything just by touching the screen. It includes all the powerful, innovative, and fun built-in apps you use every day, many times a day. It’s the platform for which more than 140,000 other amazing iPad apps have been created to take advantage of the large Multi-Touch screen. And now with over 200 new features in iOS 5 — including Newsstand, iMessage, and Notification Center — iOS is yet another reason no other device comes close to iPad.

iCloud. Your content. On all your devices. iCloud stores your music, photos, documents, and more and wirelessly pushes them to all your devices.6 So if you buy a song, take a photo, or edit a calendar event on your iPad, iCloud makes sure it appears on your Mac, iPhone, and iPod touch, too. You don’t have to do a thing.

LED-backlit display. The view is amazing. iPad is one big, beautiful display — 9.7 inches of high-resolution photos, movies, web pages, books, and more. LED backlighting makes everything you see remarkably crisp, vivid, and bright. Even in places with low light, like an airplane. And there’s no wrong way to hold iPad. It’s designed to show off everything in portrait and landscape, so with every turn (even upside down), the display adjusts to fit. Because it uses a display technology called IPS (in-plane switching), it has a wide, 178° viewing angle. Hold it up to someone across the room, or share it with someone sitting next to you, and everyone gets a brilliant view.

Multi-Touch. Everything’s at your fingertips. With iPad, you use your fingers to do everything. And thanks to Multi-Touch technology, everything you do — surfing the web, typing email, reading books, swiping through photos, and switching between apps — is easier and a lot more fun. When your fingers touch the display, it senses them using electrical fields. Then it instantly transforms your taps, swipes, pinches, and flicks into lifelike actions. Just like that.

Wi-Fi and 3G. Two great ways to stay connected. Every iPad is built with advanced 802.11n wireless technology. It automatically finds Wi-Fi networks, which you can join with a few taps. iPad is also available with 3G connectivity on either AT&T or Verizon Wireless networks. So if you’re somewhere without Wi-Fi, such as outdoors on a camping trip or on the road, you can still surf the web, check email, or get directions.7

Gyro, accelerometer, and compass. iPad knows your every move. With the built-in accelerometer, you can rotate iPad to portrait or landscape, or even upside down, and whatever you’re watching, reading, or seeing adjusts to fit the display. And now the accelerometer, three-axis gyroscope, and compass all work together. They sense which direction iPad is heading and how it’s moving. So games, maps, and other apps know your every twist, turn, tilt, and 360. It’s an epic win for gaming. And it’s just the beginning of better-than-ever iPad apps.

AirPlay. Broadcast live to your HDTV and speakers. All the great stuff on your iPad — your music, photos, and videos — can stream wirelessly to your HDTV and speakers via Apple TV or AirPlay-enabled speakers over a Wi-Fi network.8 With just a tap on the AirPlay icon, you can blast some tunes, have a movie night, show off some photos, or watch YouTube. And go big.

Video mirroring. See it here. See it there. Video mirroring for iPad is great for every app, web page, presentation, video, movie, or photo you want to show a big audience. Just plug in the Apple Digital AV Adapter or Apple VGA Adapter (sold separately) and your HDTV or projector becomes a bigger version of your iPad. One plug, that’s it. Or you can wirelessly stream what’s on your iPad with AirPlay Mirroring and Apple TV. Everyone sees what’s on your display — even when you rotate iPad from portrait to landscape or zoom in and out.

AirPrint. Print everything wirelessly. Print your email, photos, web pages, and documents right from your iPad over Wi-Fi.9 There’s no software to download, no drivers to install, and no cables to connect. With just a few taps, you can go from viewing something on the iPad screen to holding a printed copy.

PETUA MURAH REZEKI - HADIS DAN PAKAR MOTIVASI

Petua Murah Rezeki

Mari kita cuba….Allahu Akhbar!

Semua Orang Ada Klon - Teori Adam dan Hawa

LEE PEN HOCK - KLON TUN ABDULLAH BADAWI

KLON OBAMA - ILHAM ANAS (Jurufoto Indonesia)

KLON SEIRAS MAWI AF3

Video - Anjing Takut Foto Julia Robert

Namun, sebaik sahaja melihat imej Roberts, telinga Optimus terus menegak.
