3) If you are using voice instruction, you may interrupt the instruction by directly pressing the relevant function keys eg. 2 to check your balance.
4) When making calls using missed callback, do not press the 'send' or 'yes' or 'call' button on your mobile phone. As this will instruct your mobile phone to make a direct call instead of via iTalk.

Purchase a new iTalk at any TMpoint outlet nationwide including other outlets displaying the iTalk signage. The purchased iTalk will be valid for 6 months upon activation. You may activate your iTalk card by the easy steps as shown below:
