Performer & Artistes Rights Malaysia - PRISM

Objektif utama

• Kumpul & mengedarkan ganjaran kerana melaksanakan artis dalam bidang muzik
• Sokongan pembangunan & pembaikan berkanun pelaku hak
• Mempromosikan artis-artis & pemuzik 'kepentingan profesional

Pentadbiran
 Lembaga PRISM terdiri daripada 4 penghibur muzik persatuan dan 4 individu yang mewakili kepentingan dalam Industri Muzik Malaysia. 
Kerjasama dengan PPM, Persatuan Pengeluar, untuk mengutip royalti persembahan umum.

Mengumpul Badan Di Malaysia

• MACP (Music Authors Hakcipta Perlindungan (M) Bhd) - memungut bagi pihak komposer, lyricists, dan penerbit muzik.
• PPM (Public Performance Malaysia Sdn Bhd) - memungut bagi pihak syarikat rakaman atau syarikat produksi muzik.
• PRISM (Performers & Artistes Rights (M) Sdn Bhd) - memungut bagi pihak artis rakaman dan pemuzik. 

PRISM dimulakan oleh Majlis Muzik Malaysia (MMM) dan disokong kuat oleh 10 persatuan lain: -

    • PAIMM (Persatuan Akademi Industri Muzik Malaysia)
    • PAPITA (Persatuan Penyanyi, Pemuzik Dan Penulis Lagu Tanah Air)
    • PPM (Public Performance Malaysia Sdn Bhd)
    • MAM (Pemuzik Association of Malaysia)
    • RIM (Persatuan Industri Rakaman Malaysia)
    • AMCA (Persatuan Artis Cina Malaysia)
    • IRIM (India Industri Rakaman Malaysia)
    • MALEP (Persatuan Promoter Hiburan Live Malaysia)
    • PENYIAR (Persatuan Penyiar 'Kebangsaan Malaysia)
    • MAME (Persatuan Pendidikan Muzik Malaysia)

Kerjasama Antarabangsa dan Perhubungan
 Di luar Malaysia, PRISM menjalankan aktiviti dalam kerjasama erat dengan pertubuhan-pertubuhan antarabangsa yang berikut: -

• Majlis Antarabangsa Pertubuhan bagi Pentadbiran Hak Pelaku
• Persekutuan Antarabangsa Kesatuan Pemuzik
• Antarabangsa Persekutuan Pelakon Kesatuan

Bilangan negara-negara dalam organisasi ini meningkat setiap tahun dan kami menganggap kerjasama ini sebagai penting untuk pentadbiran yang cekap Hak pelaku global.

Main Objectives

• Collect & distribute remuneration due to performing artists in the music field
• Support development & of performers´ statutory rights improvement
• Promote artists´ & musicians´ professional interests

Administration

The Board of PRISM consists of 4 music performers association and 4 individuals who currently represent the interests in the Malaysia Music Industry.
Co-operation with PPM, the Producers Society, to collect public performance royalty.

Collecting Bodies In Malaysia

• PPM (Public Performance Malaysia Sdn Bhd) - collect on behalf of recording companies or music productions companies.
• PRISM (Performers & Artistes Rights (M) Sdn Bhd) – collect on behalf of recording artistes and musicians.

PRISM is initiated by Majlis Muzik Malaysia (MMM) and is strongly supported by 10 other associations :-

International Co-operation and Relations

Outside Malaysia, PRISM carries out its activities in close collaboration with the following international organizations:-

• International Societies Council for the Administration of Performers Rights
• International Federation of Musician Union
• International Federation of Actors Union

The number of countries within this organization increases each year and we consider this collaboration as essential for an efficient global administration of Performers Rights.
